“Amazing”
Harold is amazing. We were first time buyers attempting to use a VA Loan type in the very frothy Southern California housing market in 2021. Harold was very knowledgeable about: securing financing, general home ownership, the end to end escrow process, working with a HOA, and working through with the VA appraisal process. Harold was very patient with us as first time buyers and took the time to explain everything in detail when something came up that we did not understand. He did so without trying to push our decisions one way or the other, making us more informed but truly autonomous buyers.
